This document summarizes Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST), which provides a two-year training program in Ghana to teach software development and entrepreneurship. MEST aims to create local jobs and businesses in Africa by training young Africans and supporting them as they start their own software companies to compete globally.
