DU Students Use Campus Events to Raise Awareness of Mental Health Issues The M.I.N.D. student group at the University of Denver held several events on campus for Mental Health Awareness Day, including handing out colored wristbands, offering mental health screenings and surveys, and partnering with other campus groups. The events aimed to educate students about mental health issues and reduce stigma through activities like a trivia game about drugs and mental health. M.I.N.D. also screened a short film and held a reception to continue raising awareness of mental health on campus.
