application and connected diagnostic
devices, a district hospital doctor will be able
to screen the rural patients in real time;
review the vital signs data and prescribe the
relevant medication/treatment, store
medical records/lab reports.
The solution runs on low bandwidth
so that it can reach areas where
existing solutions cannot reach.
