3-Story School of Nursing Building Michael Anonuevo Samples 1 Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011 Certified Professional This is a three-story building modeled from the ground up in one months time. Whats significant about this project is that Integrated the company utilized an Project Deliveryapproach in modeling where the civil,structural and MEP plans were modeled simultaneously (in-house) as I was building the architectural model. The building featured a curving front facade with curtain walls, an interior court, a third floor patio with a plants trellis feature and an auditorium.
Casino Addition & Renovation Michael Anonuevo Samples 2 Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011 Certified Professional The challenge in modeling this project is creating the architects intricate details such as the moldings, cornices, corbels, signage and other architectural features. The complex archway on top of the main stairs facing the street was created as a family. A custom stair railing was also created based on the architects design. 12-Story Commercial & Office Bldg. Michael Anonuevo 2011 Certified Professional Samples Autodesk Revit Architecture 3 This as-built Revit model was generated from a set of AutoCad construction documents of an existing commercial & office building. The building featured a curtain wall system and a few exterior architectural features which had to be shown in the model including the hardscape. The curtain wall system was the most challenging building feature to model as shown in the image above. The BIM model was created for the property manager for showing available office spaces to prospective tenants.
