TIP 1  MAKE SLEEP A PRIORITY
-   Every student needs at least 8.25  9.25 hours of sleep per night.

How?
- Dim lights,
- Have a routine,
- Quiet surroundings,
- 24 Degrees celcius,
- Minimise anxiety,
- Avoid stimulants,
- NO digital clock,
- Drinks that make you sleep.
TIP 2  FEED YOUR BRAIN

TIP 3  HELP YOUR BRAIN CONCENTRATE
      Chew chewing gum

TIP 4  STUDY IN CHUNKS OF TIME
      Write for 50 minutes then give your brain a rest for 15 minutes.

TIP 5  HYDRATE YOUR BRAIN

TIP 6  DRINK COFFEE
TIP 7  REGULAR EXERCISE

TIP 8  DO NOT STUDY LATE AT NIGHT

TIP 9  STUDY SAME TIME, SAME PLACE

TIP 10  NEGOTIATE WITH PARENTS

TIP 11  USE YOUR PREFERRED LEARNING STYLE
TIP 12  EAT BRAIN FOOD BEFORE TESTS AND
EXAMS
