1. Personally, what will you do to gain your confidence in front of public ?
See the audience as well as me or lower than me. Self convinced of my
ability and The dominate materials in your speech. The important is self good
concept.
2. There are some purposes of speech. Explain !
 To entertain : to elicit a pleasurable response, to provoke curiosity, to
provide suspense, or to amuse.
 To inform : to add to the knowledge or understanding of the listener.
 To persuade : to convince, to reinforce, or to actuate.
Three types of persuasion will be treated separately :
1. To convince  to change your listeners opinions or to commit them to
a poin of view about which they are undecided.
2. To reinforce  to arouse and invigorates an audience already in
agreement with the speakers point of view.
3. To actuate  to put into action.
3. What will you consider of selecting you speech subject ?
 Is the subject suited to My purpose ?
Suppose you are asked to deliver a speech whose general purpose is to
infrom.
 Is My Subject Interesting to Me ?
whenever possible choose a subject you find interesting. enthusiasm is a key
factor to successful speaking.
 Am I Qualified to speak on This Subject ?
the fact that you are interested in a subject does not necessarily mean that
you are qualified to speak on it.
 Will My Audience Find This Subject Interesting ?
It takes little effort to pay attention to a subject that is interesting.
 Will My Audience Find This Subject Useful ?
People will willingly pay attention to a communication,if they expect to gain
something useful from doing so.
 Is My Subject Sufficiently Restricted ?
In most cases you will be given a definite time limit, when you are asked to
give a speech.
4. Before delivering speech, you have to make a quick decision n of your
audience. Explain!
People willingly pay attention, if they will gain something from doing so.
If for some reason members of your audience need to know the
information you will be giving them in your speech, tell them they do.
Whenever possible, give your listener a reason for listening, and do it
during the introduction to your speech.
5. How do you support your speech idea ?
To give Example, Explanation, Statistics, Testimony, Comparison/ Contrast
and Visual aid.
