Kayaking, BSA Eagle Scout Bronze Palm Eagle Scout Gold Palm Eagle Scout Project The project that was completed to earn the rank of Eagle Scout was the planning and construction of a bird-feeding observation station outside the Wildlife Center at Sinnemahoning State Park in Cameron and Potter counties in north central Pennsylvania. The observation area is located outside the large windows of the classroom at the new state-of-the-art Wildlife Center. The main feeder includes a microphone wired to speakers inside the classroom, additional smaller feeders were hung in the feeding area and shrubs were planted in a rock bed to provide shelter for the birds. This gives the park's visitors an opportunity to see, hear and learn about the birds and wildlife in the area, as well as, view interpretive exhibits at the visitor center.
