The NOA is a partnership between seven schools and seven universities in the Amsterdam area that provides teacher education programs. These programs successfully integrate educational theory and practical classroom experience. Students in the programs receive field experiences in classrooms that not only provide experience, but also socialize them into the teaching profession through a developmental process.
