They divided responsibilities for sections of the brief, with one person focusing on legal and ethical considerations, another on budget, and another on the purpose and plans for the project. They agreed on an action plan to ensure the project meets its deadlines and purpose while keeping the client happy. No other issues were discussed until meeting with the client to review the brief.

1. Discuss Client Brief
When it came to creating the client brief all three of us discussed the entire
brief and we each chose to focus on are on individual sections. So I was working
on writing up about all of the legal and ethical considerations. Lewis focused on
the budget of the creation and heather was talking about the reasons of why we
wanted to make this particular creation and our plans.
2. Team Action Plan
When it comes to the team action plan we all came together to decide all of the
main things together, such as how the creation is going to show the purpose of
it. We will all make sure that everything is one hundred percent complete in
time for the deadlines. We will also make sure that client is happy at all times.

There was nothing more to discuss until we had met up with our client to
discuss the brief and make changes if needed.
