Mirai is an education and training institution established in 2010 that provides services related to Japan, including Japanese language courses, translation, interpretation, and cultural education. Its mission is to improve communication between Indonesia and Japan by assisting workers with Japanese language skills and helping Japanese expatriates adapt to local culture. Mirai offers Japanese, Indonesian, and English courses at various levels as well as recruitment support and apprenticeship training programs for work in Japan. It has partnered with over 50 Japanese companies operating in Indonesia.

THE PROGRAMS and SERVICES 1. Japanese Class and Conversation Class (Kaiwa) ? Japanese Language Course is divided into specificity to learn grammar or specificity to learn more control of the conversation and the conversation in some levels of learning ?The ultimate goal of this program is that participants can test the ability of learning the Japanese language Nihongo Noryoku Shiken (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) of the lowest level N5, or if they do not take the test, participants were learners can master simple conversations that can be used in the work area or in production field (gemba).

This class can be taken by expatriates who require the ability to speak more fluent Indonesian, and also to meet government rules which suggests to the expatriate to be Indonesian language, as long as they work in Indonesia.

5. Education and Training Apprenticeship to Japan Education and apprenticeship training to Japan which is affiliated to IM Japan in cooperation with the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration. Training containing Japanese language training, math, psychotest, interview procedures and physical endurance exercise is intended to test a candidate can pass apprenticeship in each province satisfactorily.
