SETTING The settings that I have chosen for my music video will help to create a mood and atmosphere for my music video. Kitchen I will use a kitchen as this is a very common setting and can help to represent the modern times in which part of my music video is set. Woods I will use the woods as a setting in my music video as it is a common place where people could get lost or hide. This will be a good place for my music video as it will allow the prisoner of war to hide and run away.
LIGHTING Different types of light can create different moods and atmospheres within a music video. Natural This will come from the sun and will be used in my music video in the woods. This help to add to the music video and make it more realistic. This will be used when filming in the day time. Artificial I will use this type of lighting when I am filming inside the kitchen and when it is slightly dark outside.
COSTUME The costume helps to show personality in the characters within my music video. It also helps the audience to distinguish between the different times. Old Man The old man will wear a shirt and trousers to show the modern times. Boy The boy will wear a white t-shirt and joggers to show that he is a prisoner of war.
HAIR AND MAKE-UP As both of my models are men neither of them will need to wear any make-up. Old Man The old man will have his hair how he naturally wears it. Boy The boy will have his hair how he naturally wears it.
PROPS General house hold items will the props that I use in my music video. As my music video will be a narrative music videos there will be no musical instruments in it.
