Jeff Coppola is an executive with extensive experience transforming client services, supply chain, and
information technology teams that span global markets. Throughout his career, he has been recruited or
promoted into new leadership roles with the primary task of driving sustainable revenue growth and
operating efficiencies. He has transformed multiple underachieving functions into performance-based
teams by creating core competencies and implementing scalable systems. His peers call Jeff a quick
study and trouble shooter whose ability to see around corners allows his teams to consistently
achieve mission-critical objectives and to deliver on sales, service, and EBITDA goals.
Jeff earned both BS and MS degrees from Penn States acclaimed Supply Chain Management program.
Early in his career he held a variety of leadership positions in diverse industries including consumer
products, construction, and defense contracting. In each of these roles, Jeff drove measurable
improvements in people, performance, and systems to deliver those companies global growth and profit
objectives. During his tenure with Price Waterhouses consulting practice, he honed both his project
and change management skills.
For the past thirteen years, Jeff has led transformations for a fast growth apparel company, for the
largest global provider of academic and certification tests, for the educational publishing division of a
world-class brand, and for the market leader in on-line accredited pre-licensure, continuing, and
compliance education. Again, his teams implemented sustainable improvements to their sales,
operations, and systems allowing those companies to achieve their revenue, service, and financial
metrics. Throughout his career, Jeff has been chosen to successfully lead portfolio companies due
diligence, integration, and divestiture initiatives. Repeatedly, he has been instrumental in the capture of
new business, as well as the retention of millions in key customers revenues through the pragmatic
resolution of their service challenges.
Most recently, Jeff was recruited by a former colleague and EVP of OnCourse Learnings (OCL)
Financial Services segment to integrate and scale the sales and client services functions following the
portfolio companys roll-up acquisitions. There he consolidated four distinct sales and client services
teams whose resulting performance exceeded double-digit EBITDA growth and client retention goals.
He led the CRM reimplementation leveraging existing technology to scale key customer facing work
streams, deliverables, and metrics. This initiative became the shared services model across OCLs other
business segments. Jeff also led the go-to-market efforts that expanded both the Financial Services
content portfolio and market channels that met aggressive revenue enhancement goals.
Jeffs success is anchored in four principles: empower the people with a clear roadmap; instill a sense of

balanced scorecards; and, provide unwavering support as teacher, coach, and mentor. His leadership

He currently lives in the Baltimore metro area with his wife, Mary and their 18-year old son, Addison.
