bankruptcy and sold the company to a strategic buyer.
• Doubled North American EBITDA performance between 2004 – 2006
• Improved EBITDA performance $35m during 2008-2009 recession; reducing
breakeven of the business by 40%.

$400 million North and South American Ceilings Systems Business.
• Developed and commercialized a new $100 million venture called I-Ceilings.
