This document summarizes a study on the utilization of information resources and services among nursing students at St. Joseph's College of Nursing in Mysore, India. The study collected data through questionnaires from 33 nursing students, representing 66% of students. It found that most students use the library weekly and access books frequently, but over half found the library hours inconvenient. While the majority learned to use resources from teachers, most felt the library lacked adequate resources. The study suggests conducting orientation programs, improving guidance from staff, acquiring electronic resources, and hiring more qualified staff to better support the students.

12. SUGGESTIONS AND CONCLUSION
It is evident from many studies that an
academic library plays an important role in
the higher education. From the analysis of
this study it is found that there is lack of
resources, facilities and equipments in the
library. There is a need to conduct
orientation program in the library. Library
staff should guide the students properly
whenever it is require. To achieve this more
number of qualified staffs should be
appointed. There is also need to acquire
electronic resources in the library.
