7. Joram Moyal Joram specialises in corporate law, M&A and banking. In addition he defends cases of civil and administrative law in court and covers labour law, immigration law and debt collection matters. Before joining MMS as a founding partner Joram was working in the corporate department for a well established Luxembourg business law firm for several years and managed a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and tax law . Joram has represented Fortune 500 companies and private clients with respect to M&A transactions. He also advised international businesses on, inter alia, corporate restructuring, partnerships, internal financing, international sale of shares, and acquired significant experience in commercial litigation and cases of labour and immigration law. Joram has been admitted as Avocat la Cour in Luxembourg (2003), Rechtsanwalt in Germany (2006) and Solicitor in England & Wales (2010). He is President of the Arbitrational Court of Jewish Communities of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany and works pro bono for an NGO defending the rights of mentally handicapped people. Joram speaks English, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Luxembourgish and some Hebrew.
8. Patrice R. Mbonyumutwa Patrice commands substantial experience in luxembourgish business litigation, both in terms of oral and written procedures. Most notably he deals with cases involving commercial law, construction law, white-collar crime, employment law, real estate law, administrative law, contractual law and civil liability in general. Patrice speaks French, English and Kinyarwanda. He is a member of ELSA (Employment Law Specialists Association, Luxembourg) and ALAP (Luxembourg Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers). Patrice has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2002 and became an Avocat la Cour in 2004. Before becoming a founding partner of MMS in 2010, he led the litigation department of a major business law firm in Luxembourg for five years. Up to 2005, Patrice worked as an associate lawyer in a well-established litigation law firm. Patrice started his career in 2001 with a mid-size Luxembourg business law firm where he was active as associate lawyer in the fields of business law and litigation. He holds a master in law from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).
