Timeline Phase 1 - Submission (15/08/2013 15/09/2013) Requirements Submit app proposal, design and demo between 15/08/2013 and 15/09/2013 Awards 3 best submissions are awarded 3 Nokia Lumia 1020 and referred to AppCampus (publishing app to receive prize) Selection Criteria Innovative - Bring Innovation to the Windows Phone Ecosystem Unique - Not already published in any mobile app store Key features/APIs - Support key features and APIs of Windows Phone Convincing Overall Proposal - Demonstrated design, technical, and business excellence Popularity/Commercial value - Potential for mass appeal and/or revenue generation Phase 2 - Development and publishing (22/09/2013 30/11/2013) Requirements Applied for submissions not selected in Phase 1, new apps are also accepted Apps must be published between 22/09/2013 and 30/11/2013 Awards 03 Nokia Lumia 1020 10 Nokia Lumia 925 Selection Criteria Winners are determined by Downloads, Star Ratings and Reviews (calculated on 01/12/2013): Step 1: Select top 30 downloaded apps Step 2: Select apps having highest star ratings (at least 4 stars) Step 3: Select apps having highest number of reviews

Rules Plaform App must target Windows Phone 7 and/or Windows Phone 8 Language Language used in the app can either be English or Vietnamese Time Phase 1 (Submission): app proposal, design and demo must be submitted between 15/08/2013 and 15/09/2013 Phase 2 (Development and publishing): app must be published between 22/09/2013 and 30/11/2013 Others Apps having joined other contests organized by Nokia and Microsoft arent eligible Windows Phone Dev Center account must be created using Vietnam country Only one device prize per Windows Phone Dev Center account Participant must be located in Vietnam Nokia and Microsoft retain all rights to the final decision of winners
