Observations of individual contributions and group dynamics.

4. Mock Group Interview Game Rule

Divide into Two Teams:
Team 1: "Pitch Creators" C Collaborate in group discussion and develop a pitch for a pencil to school executive.
The final pitch is not the focus; this activity is an opportunity to showcase your individual skills and win the sales job.
The one selected student by judges will earn 3 points toward todays attendance,
which can compensate for up to 2 absences or serve as extra credit.
Team 2: "Judges" C Observe and evaluate individual contributions and teamwork within Team 1.
Vote for only one winner in the end.
Duration:
5 minutes for individual preparation. (Judge team please also prepare yours, to save time)
5 minutes for group discussion (preciously timed, you must stop when time is up).
5 minutes for Team 1 to present their pitch concept to the Judges.
5 minutes for Judges to give back your handout to the professor with the voted candidate.
Then switch roles.
