This document discusses modal verbs of ability, specifically can and can't. It explains that can is used to express positive ability or something being possible, while can't or cannot expresses negative ability or something being impossible. Examples are provided such as "She can sing" and "He cannot swim." It also notes that questions are formed by placing the modal verb first, as in "Can I sit here?" The document concludes by stating that the examples clearly show how can and can't are used to express ability.
