The construction update from April 20th, 2012 states that ground and first floor units of the development will be finished and ready for occupants to move in by June 2012. The lobby area, pool area, and penthouse units are far along in construction and will be completed within the next two months. The four pool villas will be the last part of the development finished and are expected to be ready in another two months.
