 Participates in formulating the division plans and budgets and sets objectives of my
sector in conjunction with sales manager.
 Setting KPIs for the team like Sales Targets, GP1 %, Aging Reports, No. of Calls, New
customers, NPI (new products introduction).
 Visiting the market regularly to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Supervises the activities of my subordinates and provides professional guidance and
administrative support in dealing with customers and solving work-related problems.
