 Exposure in Performance optimization, tuning and troubleshooting.
 Enthusiastic about learning new concepts in emerging Technologies.
 Conduct network audit and identify the area of improvements with suggestions.
 CLOSLY working with customer to PROVIDE better optimum solution.
 Preparing report for customer acceptance.
 Before Drive test always check all the parameter of BSC regarding RF.
 Maintaining good relation with operator and Vendor, for better outcome.
 2G + 3G NW Quality Check/Improvement & Customer Complaints Rectification
 NW Parameter verification and correction for better NW Quality.
 Monitoring and trending of KPI
 Customer Complaints Minimization with NW Optimization & appropriate solutions
 2G + 3G Site Nominal Planning Quality Check & Improvement
 New Site Nominal Planning.
 New Site Survey & DT improvements for better quality sites.
