Carries out review of various Bid Enquiry documents & eventual Prime Contracts and provide comments on
commercial viewpoint of a potential project during proposal stage.

At project award, prepares Project Risk Assessment for PMT awareness/appropriate mitigation during execution.
Subcontract Procurement / Live Project Support Function
Manages and leads the activities of the Subcontract Procurement Team with complete responsibility to deliver the
best procurement solution to all projects, both onshore and offshore, as well as other end-user departments.
Monitoring and enforcement of procedural compliance in every facet of the Competitive Bid Process, from the
development of bid packages, distribution of inquiries, bid opening, evaluation and eventual award.
Reviews/Aanalyzes the Bid Tabulators preliminary evaluation of obtained quotations in respect of price, time and
material substantiality against requirements, in consonance with pre-defined budget for the relevant scope.
