Cest un point tr竪s important pour les pays collectivistes.
Cest la honte supr棚me d棚tre se faire remarqu辿 / groupe.
Lobjectif de chacun est non seulement de ne pas perdre la face mais aussi et surtout de ne pas faire perdre la face autrui.
Il faut faire en sorte que lautre (celui du m棚me groupe) 束looks good損.
Lorsquun individu fait volontairement perdre la face un autre individu cest linsulte supr棚me et elle est lourde de cons辿quences. (suicide)
Lego 束individuel損 nexiste pas.
束tre humili辿損 est une expression chinoise qui est apparue dans le langage anglais tardivement.

Hongrie : IDV + low PDI : le low PDI fait baisser les craintes pour communiquer de fa巽on directe. Les critiques sont plus faciles.
Proche de lAllemagne. La communication tr竪s directe peut nous choquer.
Turquie / Roumanie : COLL + high PDI : Il faut accepter de passer du temps pour 辿tablir la relation. Communication tr竪s indirecte.
Il faut savoir o湛 est le pouvoir.
COLL : sint辿resser au contexte de la communication, cest plus important que le contenu o湛 on nous invite, qui parle
