An intrepid trip into the Mosquitia Region, Honduras, which spans internationally into Nicaragua. This trip mandates interaction with locals, and a strong command of Spanish and the local culture. Also a side trip into Copan, Honduras and Antigua, Guatemala.

T ípico Plátano Living : Thatch-roofed bungalows, pipiantes, tuk-tuks, etc
Pl átanos on the Plátano : It is normal for parcelas for farming to be a pipiante boat-ride away from home, but the trip sometimes requires some luggage.
