Het aantal Nederlanders dat het eens is met kabinetsbeleid waarbij burgers meer
eigen verantwoordelijkheid moeten nemen en minder een beroep moeten doen op
de overheid, is gestegen van 33% in 2004 naar 43% in 2012.
De groep tegenstanders van meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid kromp in deze periode
fors: van 54% naar 35%.
