Travel food and menu is dictated by the technology available to
preserve food and the ease of cooking. This obviously holds true
especially for the ISS where the stakes(and costs) are high. Thus it was
surprising when the menu on the ISS had significantly less dehydrated
meals than other types of meals when compared to previously manned

compared to older rockets and space shuttles.
Identify what was the reason/ power source in both the cases.
