Notting Hill is a romantic comedy film about William Thacker, the owner of a small London bookshop, and Anna Scott, the most famous actress in the world. One day, Anna enters William's bookshop. Later, William runs into Anna on the street and spills orange juice on her. He offers to let her clean up at his nearby messy apartment. They begin a tempestuous relationship despite living in different worlds. In the end, Anna and William get married and live happily ever after.
