Elon Musk has received numerous awards and recognition over the past 15 years for his achievements in space exploration, electric vehicles, and renewable energy. Some of the key awards include being named one of Time's 100 most influential people in 2010, receiving the National Space Society's Von Braun Trophy in 2008 for his leadership at SpaceX, and being named Fortune's Businessperson of the Year in 2013 for his work at SpaceX, Tesla, and SolarCity. Most recently, he received the Starmus Stephen Hawking Medal for Science Communication in 2019 for his efforts to promote scientific collaboration and humanity's goals of survival.
