INDIA¡¯s Largest capacity of 40 MLD Tertiary Treatment plant at Bamroli, Surat. The plant is jointly designed by M/s. ECA, India and world leader M/s. Hyflux Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Singapore worldwide pioneer in ultra filtration technology. It is a UV + RO based tertiary treatment plant which generates industrial grade potable water from the sewage treatment plant outlet water. I have achieved as a chief of the automation & electrical team¡.. Successful commissioning and operation of the largest capacity UF + RO membrane based technology in INDIA for first time. Successfully implemented the crucial instrumentation and automation system of RO + UF system in line with process critical process requirements of experts of M/s. Hyflux, Singapore. On My Shoulders: - Co-ordination with process experts of M/s. Hyflux for technical and process data generation. - To take lead, to understand the UF & RO technologies and operational sequences. - To achieve and to ensure that P&IDs are in line with established UF+RO process, selection of all process analyzers, Control Valves, VFD are as per the process requirements &conditions. Installation, Testing, commissioning and integration of total more than 1500 instruments and analyzers communicating on various protocols like Profi-DP, Profi-PA, MODBUS and ANALOG signals to Central control room located at SMC premise. - Online Process Analyzers (pH, TSS, DO, RCL, MLSS and TOC Analyzer) - Online Flow Meters (Ultrasonic, MFT, DPT) - Level Monitoring (Ultrasonic, Radar ) - Online TOC analyzer (HT Type) - Installation of total 74 Nos. of Variable Frequency Drives and communication with the PLC system for power optimization. - Implementation of PLC based automation and SCADA system at 29 plants. - Existing PLC system communication with the new PLC system. - Up gradation of electrical panels (LT / MCC) for auto ON/ OFF operation thru PLC system. - Online Chlorination monitoring and control. - Integration of all 29 locations at CSCR ¨C Central SCADA CONTROL ROOM via MLLN network.
