1. What is NSIC ?
 NSIC stands for National Small Industries Corporation,
certified by Government of India under the ministry of MSME
(Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises)
 Established in 1955.
 Shri Vijayendra, IAS  Chairman & Managing Director

Objectives of NSIC
 Building corporation reach and support.
 Supporting and Enhancing the workforce.
 Hygienic working environment.
 Training people and creating self-employment.
 Improving businesses efficiency, profits and productivity
Mission & vision Of NSIC
 Mission: To promote and support Micro, Small & Medium
Enterprises (MSMEs) Sector by providing integrated support
services encompassing Marketing, Technology, Finance and
other services.
 Vision: To be a premier Organization fostering the growth of
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Sector.
 The small industries service institutes (SISIs) are set-up one in
each state to provide consultancy and training to small and
prospective entrepreneurs.
 The activities of SISIs are co-ordinate by the industrial
management training division of the DC, SSI office.
