Pipe 12 Dia to 72 Dia and laying of GRP pipe.
 To supervise the construction work of manhole, disposal station, lift station,

 Work Responsibilities
 Arrange hospitality, local purchase as per necessary or policy to ensure the smooth
running of the organization on a day to day or as required basis.
 Administer and monitor the goods in & out according to IGP & OGP with accurate
quantity and responsible to ensure the record of returnable goods.
 To give the participants the right attitude, knowledge and skills with regard to
legislation and assessment tools in order for them to perform the duties and
responsibilities of a Company Security.
 Cross check of gate in & out record or security.
 Dealing with purchase & sale department of company.
 Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
 Maintain financial files and records of hatchery.
 Dealing and manage the payment of utilities bills within due dates (Wapda, PTCL,
Social security, old age benefits etc.)

 Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of
benefits and allowances.
 Maintain the attendance, distribution of workers salaries and leave management
system. After completion of salaries payroll sheets sent to Main Office.
 Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations
including security, insurance and transport according to company policy.
 Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with Buildings & Grounds Maintenance
that affects normal building operation.
 Manage inventory control policies and procedures. Review, chose and execute
warehouse management system solutions for all locations.
 Assist with the annual audit of hatchery.
 Mess and accommodation management to ensure good cleaning and furnished.
 Attend the any type of official guest from the government department and
responsible for all external matters of project.
 Responsible for check vehicles log books and routine maintenance.
 Preparation of plan and tools for any emergency or disaster like (Fire, Work Accident,
Patient etc.).
 Responsible for receiving and sending mail to concerning departments or offices.
 Diplomatically built up the good relationship with the neighbors and local peoples to
achieving the solutions of particular issues locally.
 Cross check of Generators maintenance, cleaning, safety measure in order and verify
the changing parts (All types of filters, fuel consumption, maintenance record sheet
etc.) Arrange the fuel demand to purchase department timely for Generator Sets.
 Checking the eggs setting, hatch report and chicks sale reports etc.
