I am responsible to deal following matters of HR section PTCL South Zone (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Quetta).
Recruitment:
 As per PTCL policy, arrangement of Interviews for applicants for the posts of Grade-17&
above/Paid Interns on contractual basis, conducted by the Higher ups of PTCL Headquarters
Islamabad & Karachi live via Video conference.
• Manage to prepare Dossiers & interview accessories for panel member(s)
• To communicate interview schedule to candidates via e-mail & making them confirmation calls.
• Coordinating Interviews
• On completion of interview session, all relevant documents (Attendance sheet, interview
assessment forms and Signed Evaluation sheet) sent to PTCL Headquarters Islamabad.
 All correspondence/documentation of successful candidates appointed on contractual basis,
regarding Medical fitness, Clearance, Academic & Experience Certificates, Joining and provision of
facilities i.e. Medical, Telephone, Fuel Card, Laptop etc, as per their entitlement.
Placement:
 Correspondence, Analysis, completion of documentation for all contractual & regular employees of
South Zone, regarding Transfer-Postings/Promotion, for further submission to competent
authorities.
Discipline:
To deal with all Discipline matters as per pre-defined SOP of PTCL, i.e from the initiation of
complaint against employee to the final decision. All correspondence, analysis, completion of
documentation (charge sheet, defence reply, inquiry committee reports etc) for all regular
employees of South Zone.
Final Settlement:
 Correspondence/documentation of all terminated/expired/resigned contractual & regular
employees of South Zone (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Quetta), regarding clearance,
payments/deduction, withdrawal of facilities, Experience Certificates etc.
Telepresence (TP):
• Coordinate Interviews/meetings/sessions via Tele Presence as per directives of PTCL Headquarters
Islamabad.
