Wrestling has taught the author much about pushing past limits physically and mentally. Wrestling provides a better learning environment than traditional academics, with coaches having closer relationships with athletes due to spending more time together. Coaches can help athletes develop mental toughness, goal setting, and hard work - skills that can be applied outside of sports as well.
