Natalie is shown with a close up of her singing the opening line.
This is in a dark room with a microphone in front of her. This shows
the main character.
0:11 – 0:20 “I’d roll out of bed in the morning…”
Natalie gets out of bed and getting ready to go out then leaving
through the door.
0:21 – 0:24 “Drink beer with the guys”
Natalie is at the pub with a group of boys all drinking. All
laughing and having fun.
0:24 – 0:30 “and chase after girls”
Natalie then notices a girl at the bar and is drawn to her. She
can’t keep her eyes off the girl at the bar.
0:30 – 0:42 “id kick with who I wanted”
Natalie leaves her friends to go after the girl. She runs after her
to get her number.

This part of the song is showing the artist singing in a dark room.

We see Natalie arguing with Ed (ex-boyfriend). He is just sat there

Ed leaves after the argument; we see him walking out the door.

Natalie is on a sofa crying because her relationship has ended. Wide
shot of her on the sofa.

There will be a close up of a phone being turned off. Natalie will
be doing this.

Natalie and Sammie will be in bed. Natalie will turn her phone off
then turn over and put her arms round Sammie.

This will be a close up of a phone showing a conversation between

Long shot of Natalie waiting on a sofa with a clock behind her. She
constantly keeps checking the time. Shot cuts to clock. Time lapse

Same long shot of Natalie on the sofa. This time she is led down
asleep, still waiting.

Close up of a phone. Ed is texting Natalie to see her but she
refuses.

Ed and Natalie walking along, a girl walks past and he watches her
walk past. Natalie has a go at him for it and he just disregards it.

Natalie is looking at photos of her and Ed. Ed is looking at a
picture of the two together.
3:52 – 3:58 – “everything you had got destroyed”
Natalie ruins the photo by chucking it on the floor. Ed puts his
photo back into his wallet.
3:59 – 4:07 “but you’re just a boy”
Close up of Natalie singing into a microphone again.
