Marjie van Meegen was a resident in the ALIVE trauma and drama therapy program from September 2014 to November 2014. She attended seminars and facilitated drama therapy play sessions with children in an urban public school. Her supervisor, Renée Pitre, was impressed with Ms. van Meegen's professionalism, motivation, and openness to feedback. Ms. Pitre recommends Ms. van Meegen without hesitation for another program, feeling she has the drive to not only succeed but excel in her studies.
