My family took a trip to Armenia in July 2012 to visit relatives, which had been going well until they received a call that my uncle was in the clinic feeling unwell. When the family arrived, my uncle's condition had deteriorated and he passed away, which was an emotionally difficult time for all, particularly seeing my father distressed. After spending a week consoling family, they returned home to Colombia but it was still hard to properly grieve until back in Bogota.
