My brother Gabriel is five years younger than me. He dropped out of high school but later pursued his dream of becoming a chef by studying culinary arts and food service management at Johnson and Wales University. He worked hard to support himself through school, including studying wine in several European countries. Gabriel has since achieved his goal and is now an assistant manager at a French/Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Manhattan.

- 9. He went to Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain to study wine.
- 10. Gabriel graduated with an associates degree and then completed his bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.
- 11. He knows how to match wine with food. He knows about nutrition and how to manage a restaurant.
- 12. He is now an assistant manager of a French/Vietnamese fusion restaurant in the SoHo area of Manhattan.
