- 14. よかった、よくなったこと 幸い、?分も妻も原則フルリモート業務が普通になった 書斎エリアを作ったり、家具を?々買い替えたりと家の設備投資が?幅に進んだ リモートゆえの何年も会ってなかった友?との再会 リモートワーク → 家にいる → 仕事してない(??) という扱いをされることが減った

- 29. おまけ1: リモートイベントどうやって?こう 参加しづらいとは感じつつも、どうにかやっていけないかは試?錯誤中 発表する側は挑戦してみる (#terapyon_channel, この BPLL) ランチは時間帯的に結構やりやすいので?々模索していく どうしても集中して参加したいカンファレンスとかは家以外の場所の確保を検討 オフィスで参加させてもらう ホテルの?室を確保する
- 31. ?談/?接の感じ ほぼ全部リモート?談 ツールは ZOOM と Meet が半々くらい ビジネスサイドの?から Teams を指定されることもあった 時間は業務時間内に済ませることがほとんどだった。 昼休みに?接する感じで、遅くならなくていいのはよい 業務とのコンテキストスイッチで結構パワーを使った ?書きのアーキテクチャ図をシェアするみたいな取り組みも ?緒に図を書きながら議論するものは、どこも試?錯誤している感じ やる側?受ける側ともにメモを?つつ話ができたりして効率がよかった
