Here are 3 diary entries expressing regret at around 120 words each:
Day 1:
I have made a terrible mistake in the way I treated one of my students, Abdul Kalam. Upon starting at this new school, I separated him from his friend and made him sit alone in the back of the class, simply because of his religion. The priest Lakshmana Sastry rightfully scolded me for such discriminatory behavior. I let my own biases influence my judgment, when my role is to educate all children equally. I did not consider Abdul as an individual - I made harmful assumptions. How this must have hurt him. I will apologize to Abdul tomorrow and pledge to treat all my students with fairness and respect from now on.
