If so, how? Yes. The students are younger so we deal a lot more with teaching the students how to be organized , plus dealing with parents. 2. What challenges do you face as an elementary school teacher? Unmotivated kids and unsupportive parents are the biggest challenges. 3. What forms of communications do you use at the elementary level? Weekly emails, phones calls when necessary and weekly graded work folders.

What forms of incentives do you utilize with your students in the classroom to enhance extrinsic motivation? We have a behavior chart and behavior bucks which the students use to buy treasures.
