Olga enjoys traveling, photography, language study, painting, music, yoga, and cycling. She finds that traveling allows her to gain new perspectives and ideas, understand other cultures, and test herself in new environments. Her hobbies help her relax and contribute to her personal growth. Professionally, traveling exposes her to best practices around the world and different ways of doing business internationally. Her curiosity also leads her to investigate local life on her trips. She is looking to continue developing herself through additional travel, language learning, and considering an MBA or starting her own business.

INTRODUCTION My name is Olga Lyaskina. Im from Moscow, Russia. Now Im working for famous FMCG company UNILEVER as Senior IT business partners for different business functions. In my free time I like to do next things: Travelling Photography Study languages Oil painting Art, music Yoga Cycling, swimming Lets review some of them and how its help me grow in my career .
TRAVELLING For me travelling: Preparation SWEET PART New ideas about travels Gathering information and studying about places Planning routes, logistics, visit, exhibitions, etc. Realization IN ROME DO LIKE ROMANS DO Open mind for meeting with new people, emotions, places New tastes of local food & vine Accepting new life style. PHOTOGRAPHY Photo helps to keep in memory beautiful places, moments, events. Doing photo I use painting principles: compositions, colors, interesting objects and people . Ive started to study photo on more advanced level: philosophy of photography how to read and understand photo technical aspects.
LANGUAGES and CULTURE To understand other culture, traditions, life style I study and improve languages : English Spanish Italian Besides traditional methods of improving languages I widely use social media, internet and live communications with people. To perfect and polish it I read original authors, listen music and watching films with subtitles. I study articles about most popular topics for discussion like football, politics, food and culture difference.
PAINTING Im drawing for many years and hope made some progress. The plot of my pictures - places which I visited during my vacation or business trips. Isola Bella, Sicilia, Italy Cascais, Portugal London, UK Painting is a good psychology method to relax from routine life.
HOW I DO IT? After trip I select the best photo for picture and then start drawing. Portofino, Italy
MY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT 1. Travels help me to go out of the box, open new horizons and brings new ideas. 2. Trips change my mindset and I look at my life and problems from other point of view. 3. I use opportunity to test my self in different conditions and situations to understand my strong and weaknesses of character.
MY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 1. Different countries - different life.. I try to take best practices from all what Ive seen. Understand level of people professionalism. 2. Investigate how we do business even in one International company but in different countries. 3. My curiosity helps to investigate local life: visit markets, stores, beauty salons and test food.
WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP? 1. New places for visit: Japan, China, Argentina, Mexico 2. Other language: Portuguese, Arabic or may be Chinese? 3. IE MBA program 4. Other area of industry for professional grow - ? 5. May be own business?
