The author took a holiday last year to San Andres Island in Colombia with their husband and kids. They stayed in an oceanfront hotel and spent their days walking on the beach, swimming in the sea, visiting caves and shops, and eating seafood. Though they had planned to visit Providencia Island as well, it was raining so they returned home to Bogota by plane after a wonderful family vacation in San Andres.
