It was the first appearance of the store that drew
me in. though not as big as the stores am used to
shopping in, but I just moved into the area and I
need to look for a place to shop.
It is a bungalow type building, the door is wide
open . It has a large banner signpost which is a bit
colourful and the letterings are bold and legible.

ENVIRONMENT
The colour is white both on the outside and
inside and the floor is tiled. The merchandise are
arranged in an easy to find way as the space is
not much. You can easily find what you are
looking for by scanning through the aisle, but
               they are not tagged.
The environment is not noisy though by the side
of the road. There is no music playing in the store
and it’s warm. It Is filled with merchandised and
arranged to fit in the space available.
There is a smell when you get into the store, nice
flowery fragrant. The cash register is located at
the other end of the room but one can see
everyone that is coming and going from that
angle.
There is no security guard at the entrance of the
store.

in charge at the entrance. This is a
neighbourhood store that is run by a family. The
people manning the stores are family members.
There are about four males in the store, they
greet every customer warmly on entering and
they assist where requested to. There is no
uniform for them.

PRODUCTS
On entering the store you are faced with the display in
the picture on the next slide.
There is no sales going on in this outlet and the goods
are arranged by products. There are no free samples
for the products and most of the products are at eye
level.
The least accessible products are the jewelleries and
wrist watches which are kept in an enclosed shelve not
far from the cashier and the store attendant that sits by
the door. They prices are keyed in when you want to
pay, you can ask the attendant for the price to be sure
you have the budget for it.
