MSC provides mentoring programs for girls in disadvantaged neighborhoods of Baltimore through one-on-one mentoring relationships and after school programs focused on self-esteem, friendship, and culture. The programs have high retention and graduation rates, with over 90% of girls who complete the program entering college to date.

Our Results 72% retention rate of those who start the program in 6th grade 80.5% retention rate of those who enter high school in the program 97% high school graduation rate of those who complete the program 92% College entry to date
