Vitalii works as a senior specialist at the National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) and his presentation is about the organization's founder and his boss, Valerii Sushkevich. Valerii has over 35 years of experience advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities in Ukraine. He created the NAPD, the largest organization for persons with disabilities in Ukraine, which has around 2 million members and participates in the UN. Valerii also founded Ukraine's national Paralympic movement and established an effective system for sports and rehabilitation for persons with disabilities, making Ukraine a world leader in Paralympic sports.

- 2. ABOUT ME I live in Bucha, Kyiv region, and Im 26 years old. Since the summer of 2014 I am the senior specialist of the Department of information support in National Assembly of Person with Disabilities. The main time Usually, I work from home, but our team is cohesive. I like to work in this team, we do a lot of good for people with disabilities in Ukraine.
- 3. VALERII SUSHKEVICH More than thirty-five years of his life Valerii Sushkevich engaged in solving social problems of persons with disabilities and ensuring their rights. Was the people's Deputy of Ukraine and more than 16 years working in the Parliament of Ukraine and is the author of more than 130 bills and countless other regulatory legal acts of social orientation that relate to the immediate challenges of ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in Ukraine.

ABOUT NAPD He created the all-Ukrainian public Association 束National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine損, which is the largest public organization of disabled people and has around 2 million people with disabilities. The NAPD of Ukraine is the only public Association in the post-Soviet space, which is represented in the United Nations, having a special status with the economic and Social Council of the United Nations and, therefore, participates in the formation of provisions and recommendations in the decision-making process on these issues in the UN.

He is the founder of the national Paralympic movement and the author of the unique and effective state system of physical culture and sports and rehabilitation of the disabled people in Ukraine. Since his election as President of the National Sports Committee for the Disabled of Ukraine was formed principally new state policy in the field of physical culture and sport of the disabled, the embedded mechanisms of state support. As a result, Ukraine is the world leader in the Paralympic and Deaflympic sports.
