The author took a flight with their girlfriend to Santa Marta, Colombia to visit the coast. They arrived at their hotel in Santa Marta and had fish and fruit juice for dinner before dancing at a local club. The next day, they went to White Beach where they learned to scuba dive and saw many fish. Later in the trip, they traveled to Cocuy, Boyac叩 where they visited the author's aunt and explored villages and churches. They also visited Nevado del Cocuy and saw diverse landscapes and lakes before returning home happy to have experienced these new places.
