Responsibilities Of DTE in 2G, 3G, LTE :
 Analysis of UMTS sites based on Coverage_RSCP,Quality_Ec/No, and plot pollution.
 Analysis of cell sites including Drive test with the help of TEMS 16.3 &Post processing TEMS

 To check missing neighbors, Softer, soft, Hard Handovers and IRAT (3G to 2G) Handovers.
 Checking Co scrambling code issues.
 Single Cell Functionality Test (SCFT) to check all services (Voice Call,, SMS, MMS, R99,
HSDPA,and HSUPA) are functional after new site on-air.
 Analysis of Gsm sites based on coverage RxLev and pilot pollution.
 Create the legend of RSCP,Ec/No and Rxlev(dBM)
 Bench marking of 2G,3G of two different networks on idle and dedicated mode.
 Ability to check near/edge point throughput test
 How to check cell reselection test.
 Work on cluster of 3G and LTE.
