The National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) was founded in 1995 by 12 pioneering consumer attorneys to promote justice for consumers. NACA serves as a forum for consumer advocates across the country to communicate, network, and share information regarding legal issues related to unfair or abusive business practices. NACA has grown to over 1,500 attorneys who have represented hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent practices relating to issues like predatory lending, debt collection abuse, and binding mandatory arbitration.
