What is a crit?
A crit is a content critique. Its where a
group of people get together to
comment on a piece of content thats
been drafted by one or more of the
people in the group.
We can make it what we want

Outline
Running a crit
9
1:Talk about the content, not the person
Not: Why didn't you do this!
Try: Would X work for the reader?
10
2: Be honest, but be kind.
Use constructive criticism only
Not: That's not very good!
Try: Have you considered X?
11
3: No-one needs to defend a position
We are a team, and we need to work
together for the reader. We are all
working and learning together.

14
Not about typos: Its more about whether:
 the content adds any value
it stems from an evidenced user need
it contains any fluff that can be scrapped
its gone beyond the acceptance criteria it was
designed to meet
there are major issues (crits arent about praising
the best bits)
