The National Association of Architecture Students, India (NASA) was formed in the 1950s by architecture colleges and students to advocate for architecture degrees. NASA organizes annual conventions and competitions involving over 260 colleges and 60,000 students. It aims to bridge gaps, create platforms for knowledge sharing, and make a difference through student leadership and expertise over its 60 year history.

14. ?The Laurie Baker Centre for Habitat Studies (LBC) has Joint
hands with National Association of Students of Architecture
(NASA), India to conduct a four-day exposure programme (Winter
School) on Laurie Bakers approach to architecture and building
construction. This programme was started in the year 2012. The
students of architecture of different colleges from all over India
are the participants of this programme. The enthusiastic
participation of the students had made this programme a great
success and the LBC proposes to continue the programme in the
years to come.
